New Jersey Just Delayed Enforcement of Its Record-Setting Data Broker Law
New Jersey's Division of Consumer Affairs announced on July 10, 2026 that it will not enforce the state's new data broker registration fees, which run as high as $1.5 million a year, until June 2027.
