EU AI Act Article 50 Takes Effect Today: Chatbots and AI Tools Must Now Disclose Themselves
Article 50 of the EU AI Act becomes enforceable today. Chatbots, voice assistants, deepfake tools and emotion-recognition systems must now disclose that users are dealing with AI, or face penalties up to EUR 15 million or 3% of global turnover.
